Low application rates are suitable if you want to create a surface layer that will help you control dust and erosion simultaneously. However, if you want to produce properties similar to cement whether that be for roads construction, soil stabilization for small and large infrastructure projects or to increase significantly the conditions of unpaved roads, higher application rates are required. In any case, our highly experienced engineers will help you determine what will be the right application rate based on your project needs. Depending on your specific project requirements, esoliTSS® high performance can lasts from months to several years.

esoliTSS® is simple and easy to apply on any type of soil. The application methodology varies depending on the use you want it for. If you are looking to create a permeable surface layer for soil stabilization and dust and erosion control, you simply pour esoliTSS® and the amount of water recommended into a water tanker with spray nozzles. Afterward, apply topically on the surface layer at the predetermined application rate. Spray nozzles are an important element as esoliTSS® must be uniformly applied to the soil for long-lasting results. For higher application rates where your objective is to solidify and stabilize the soil, the following procedure has to be carried out.
